We ship across the UK and EU.
Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout once your order qualifies.
Delivery times vary by location and are set by the courier, not by us. Estimates are guidance only and aren't guaranteed.
For orders shipped to the EU, any import VAT, customs duties or clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are charged by your local customs authority when the parcel arrives. These charges are set by your country, not by us, and are not included in the price you pay at checkout. Please check your local import rules before ordering. We can't be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Please make sure your shipping details are accurate and complete before ordering. We can't be responsible for delays, misdeliveries or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
All orders ship tracked. If your parcel is delayed or appears lost in transit, contact us at skellyvw@gmail.com and we'll help chase it with the courier. Please allow the courier's stated timeframe before a parcel can be treated as lost.
