For clarity, "SVW", "Skelly Vintage Wholesale", "we", "us" and "our" all refer to Skelly Vintage Wholesale, based in Hamilton, Scotland.
SVW is a vintage clothing wholesale supplier. All orders placed through this website are treated as business-to-business (B2B) transactions. By ordering, you confirm you are buying for resale or commercial purposes, and not as a private consumer.
Accordingly:
You agree not to misuse this site or submit false, misleading or fraudulent orders. We may suspend access or cancel any order where we suspect abuse or fraud.
All prices are shown in GBP and may change without notice. Stock is offered subject to availability, and because vintage supply is finite, items can sell out quickly. We may limit quantities or withdraw any product at any time.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, all orders must be paid in full before dispatch. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We do not offer credit terms as standard.
Full details are in our Shipping Policy. We ship across the UK and EU, with orders dispatched within 24 hours of payment clearing.
For EU orders, please check your local import rules before buying. Where any duties or taxes apply, these are handled as set out in our Shipping Policy. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance outside our control.
All stock is genuinely pre-worn vintage and may show honest signs of age — fading, softening, or minor wear. This is normal for used clothing and part of what you're buying.
We hand-sort and grade every bundle before dispatch using two grades:

All content on this website — text, images, logos, product descriptions and branding — belongs to SVW or its suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute any of it without our written permission.
We are not liable for any delay or failure to meet our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, strikes, transport or courier disruption, customs delays, or technical failures.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss — including lost business, revenue or profit — arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
